The Supply Chain Leadership Center was formed in 2004 to provide companies with thorough analysis of supply chain operations and detailed recommendations to improve their supply chain, distribution, and warehousing processes.  The Institute is a small service disabled veteran owned business. The Institute uses a combination of process improvement methodologies to produce process maps to help identify non-value-added steps and processes while streamlining operations. The Center also works with you in applying business process management and benchmarking against best business practices to produce world class supply chains and world class warehousing and distribution operations. The staff of the Center provides you with inventory management, production planning, and leadership experience on four continents. The Center's resources combine a strong research background with practical training on all aspects of leadership, to include a popular series on developing world class leaders. The Supply Chain Leadership Center offers experience in distribution center layout analysis, distribution route planning, organizational design, and process efficiency analysis and improvement.

In addition to offering highly acclaimed program management solutions to your supply chain operations, the Director of the Center is also an internationally recognized speaker on supply chain process improvements and leadership development, as well as an author of numerous articles and three books on supply chain leadership.
